Colleen our Bloomington volunteer who I take total advantage of when ever possible was again asked to drive from Bloomington to Effingham Il and rescue 3 little Aussies I was told about last week. 1 was a red tri and the other 2 are the cool blue merles that are black and grey, all have things that wag on their butts! I guess they are tails, must be something new for those Aussies that are into new fashion accessories.

Merlot is the shyer of the 3 and told Colleen she wanted to sleep in the bed of their pickup truck for the night.

These Aussies will be placed in foster homes for evaluation and their shots and spayed and neutered, so they will be a few weeks before they are ready for adoption, keep an eye out for them.
