Rutger is a rescue we received from Kansas, he and 2 others came to us early this year. He was one of the County’s Prison Program dogs, being with the prison population, and taught manners and the ins and outs of the penal system. We think he may have taken the training to heart as we are told he did a take down of an unruly inmate, and was telling the other detainee that they needed to stand clear while he did a pat down.
