Meet Beera, a compact, 2 year old red tri Australian Shepherd female. Beera is up to date on all her shots and is spayed. She weighs around 40 pounds and is a very active girl. Beera is always ready to help keep you company, and is great if you are working in the garden or changing a tire.
Beera gets along well with other dogs, and loves to play in her rough and tumble way, all in good fun and always in that typical Aussie fashion. Beera is part of a large pack, and this seems to suit her just fine, in-fact she would be great in a home with a dominant male or female, like most dogs, they don’t want to be leaders but followers and Beera is right there as the submissive part of the pack.
Beera loves to be busy, be it learning agility, jogging, biking or just a nice walk, she has more then enough energy to keep up with what ever you are doing or how active you are.
Beera gets along well with people but does have the typical Aussie reserve and will alert you to someone at the door, or to possible stranger danger. After all she is an Aussie and they watch over us like no other. Beera also enjoys the company of children, probably because of their energy level, chasing and herding is what she is after, though we would not suggest children under 4-5 years old just because they may not understand the Aussie Herding Game…
