ADOPTED: Meet Rosie, a 9 year old, Red Tri Female Australian Shepherd that is up to date on all her shots, spayed and housebroken and crate trained. Rosie also is microchipped and is heartworm negative.
Rosie is a a mature, confident, gentle, outgoing girl that enjoys attention, be it nice long walks (Rosie does a 3 mile everyday) as well as LOVES car rides and being petted and groomed. Rosie knows some basic commands, she also has met children from ages 5 and up, she took a slight notice and then lost interest and left.
We are not sure on cats, but her gentle disposition leads us to think she would probably investigate then find them to be boring cats that sleep. Rosie also gets along very well with other dogs on her walk encounters, her previous foster also had a dog in the home.
Rosie has already started to slim down, her previous issues of counter surfing and garbage review seem to have disappeared and she is very well mannered when home.
Rosie is an excellent Aussie for someone that likes to walk at their own pace (Rosie let’s you set the speed) and is ready to just come into any home out there.
